Procedure

Returning MADELiNE shoes is very simple. Just follow the simple steps below.

1. Place your unworn MADELiNE shoes in the original box.
2. Print a copy of your order or shipping confirmation email. You can also retrieve a printable copy of your invoice by logging into Your Account.
3. Ship your shoes and printed invoice to:

Policy

You have 30 days after date of purchase to return your MADELiNE shoes for full credit. Only unworn merchandise in its original shoe box/packaging will be accepted. A copy of your order or shipping confirmation is required in order to process your return and issue a refund to your credit card. You can also retrieve a copy of your invoice by logging into Your Account. You are responsible for any shipping cost(s) for the return. We do not accept exchanges or issue store credit.
