We want you to love every pair of our shoes. That's why we make returns easy. Enjoy easy returns and full refund to your original payment method for 14 days after the shipping arrival of the original purchase date for all US orders.
Items must be unworn, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Shoes returned with a damaged shoe box will be subject to a re-boxing fee. We are not able to accept returns on items that have been worn.
Returns made after the 14 day return period will not receive a refund or store credit. Please allow 10-15 days for your return to be processed and the funds to show in your account. Expedited shipping charges, and shipping charges that were incurred by shipping outside of our process below are non-refundable.
